His Grace Bishop BENJAMIN has asked the Diocese of the West to create a special charitable fund for families affected by the wildfires spreading throughout southern California. All parishes and institutions of the Diocese of the West are directed to take a special offering on each of the next two Sundays.

Father Alexander Federoff from our Poway parish has confirmed that to date two Orthodox families have lost their homes and all their possessions in this crisis.   Please keep Birdie & Kon Worth and Klavdia Ivanushkina and family in your prayers.
