This will be the second year the Canonical Hierarchs will serve together on the first Sunday of the Great Fast. The Orthros will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 8 and will be followed by the Hierarchical Liturgy. The hierarchs also discussed coordinating the establishment of missions in the West so as to avoid duplications and conflict. IOCC, OCMC and OCF were also discussed.
