The 2009 Diocesan Assembly was held at the Protection of the Holy Virgin Church in Santa Rosa, CA from Wednesday, October 14, 2008 through Friday, October 16, 2009. Delegate report books, as well as additional presentations and the draft of the minutes, may be found below.

SCHEDULE:
On Wednesday, October 14 delegate sign-in began at the church at 3:00 PM. Vespers were held at 6:00 PM, followed by a reception in the church hall. On the same evening, the Diocesan Council, including Deans and Department Chairs, met at 7:00 PM.

On Thursday October 15, the Hours began at 8:30 AM followed by Divine Liturgy at 9:00 AM. Following the Divine Liturgy, there was a Brunch for delegates, guests and observers served in the church hall. The Diocesan Assembly proper began promptly after Brunch.

The assembly continued on Friday, October 16, following a light breakfast at the parish hall. Following the session, the Diocesan Council, along with newly elected members, met for a short meeting.
