Registration for the 2010 Diocesan Assembly, scheduled to be held at the St. John of Damascus Church in Poway, CA from Tuesday, October 19, 2010 through Thursday, October 21, 2010, is now open. Rectors will register all Delegates, while Observers, with their rector’s blessing, will complete the online form themselves. Delegate Books will be available after September 15, but the proposed changes to the diocesan by-laws is posted at the bottom of this page.

The 2009 Diocesan Assembly is scheduled to be held at the Protection of the Holy Virgin Church in Santa Rosa, CA from Wednesday, October 14, 2008 through Friday, October 16, 2009. Delegate Books are now available for download, as well as an update to the Sep 16 version of Vol 2.

The 2009 DOW Diocesan Assembly, meeting at Santa Rosa’s Protection of the Holy Virgin Church October 14-16, participated in the OCA’s strategic planing project. Reports are now available.
