Georgian Independence Day is celebrated May 26th and the Georgian parishioners at St. Michael’s along with their compatriots, friends and families celebrated with prayers, national food and wines.Our Deacon candidate Kakhaber Chkheidze gave a speech about Georgian Independence Day noting in particular the unswerving loyalty to the Holy Orthodox Faith and Orthodox Church that defines the Georgian people.
